Rep. Sally Kern received a 100% rating from the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) for her voting record on issues that NFIB tracked affecting small business.  The four main issues NFIB focused on were the franchise tax elimination, tort reform, worker's compensation reform and sales tax discount reduction.  NFIB thanked Rep. Kern for her hard work on behalf of small business and her commitment to be a part of the success of Oklahoma's small business economy.
